AI Sires
The use of high quality AI sires is essential for the modern beef cattle stud. To this extent we are using and sourcing semen from Australian and New Zealand South Devon herds. During 2001 we travelled to New Zealand to view and investigate elite stud sires for use in Australia.
From our tour of New Zealand we selected semen from Westhams Axle 718. Axle 718 is a bull that was selected due to the uniformity and type of the cattle viewed at the Westham's herd.

We have also acquired the Australian semen rights to a New Zealand bred bull, Taheke Trev Ace 51 Trev Ace, pictured above, was used in our 2002, 2003 & 2004 AI programs. We currently have young calves on the ground that are showing excellent structure, growth and carcass characteristics.
In 2004 we toured Western Australia and selected another young, impressive bull to use in our 2004 and 2005 AI programs.

U NGAVA X110 - ANOTHER IMPRESSIVE AI SIRE
In our 2008 program eight Stud Cows were AI'd to Lincoln Poll Rampage 16T a bull with outstanding growth and carcase EBV's and six Stud Cows AI'd to Ungava X110 , while seven Stud Heifers and one Stud Cow were AI'd to Taheke Trev Ace 51
English bloodlines added with twelve females AI'd to Hawkley Poll Inquest on 8/8/2012. Below is a photo of Poll Inquest taken in May of 2012. Inquest is a bull with EBV's close to what we're looking for.
